Services Description

Raven Studios provides the following services:

FiveM resources and scripts available for purchase
SaaS platform for FiveM server management and monitoring
Community support and documentation
Updates and maintenance for purchased resources

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account using CFX.re authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensuring your CFX.re account remains in good standing

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Purchases and Payments

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Tebex, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Tebex's terms of service and privacy policy.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our store. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Sales tax may be added to your purchase where required by law.

License and Usage Rights

License Grant

Upon purchase of a resource, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on your FiveM server(s) in accordance with the license terms specified for that resource.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify encrypted files
Remove or modify copyright notices or branding
Use resources for illegal purposes or in violation of FiveM ToS
Share access credentials or license keys
Claim ownership of our resources

Updates and Support

We provide updates and bug fixes for purchased resources. Support is provided through our Discord community and ticket system. We do not guarantee response times but strive to assist all customers promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Engage in fraudulent activities or chargebacks
Use our services to compete with us
Scrape, crawl, or data mine our website without permission
