Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our FiveM resources, all sales are generally final.
Once a digital product has been delivered and the download link has been accessed, the purchase is considered complete and refunds are typically not available.
We may issue refunds in the following situations:
If the resource has critical bugs that prevent it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
If you accidentally purchased the same resource multiple times, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s).
If your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately along with supporting documentation.
If you did not receive your purchase and we cannot provide access to the resource after payment confirmation.
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

Include your order number, purchase date, the resource name, and detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.
If approved, refunds are processed through Tebex and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Note: Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please contact our support team. Many issues can be quickly resolved with proper configuration or troubleshooting assistance.
Monthly SaaS platform subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
If offered, free trials allow you to test the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered fraud and will result in:
